Eggs, toast and coffee (is one of my favorite breakfasts)

That's one of my favorite breakfasts ever. It's so simple and easy to make. Just an egg, 2 pieces of toast, and some coffee.

It's pretty light, but it fills you up enough to get you going. And of course, eggs are super healthy. If I'm in a hurry to eat, I'll just cook the egg in the microwave.

I usually drink instant coffee too


I'm a convenience type of guy. I like things to be as easy as possible.

But something about coffee goes excellent with eggs and toast.

Even just coffee and toast is a great snack, I love it.

It seems like on the days when I eat a good breakfast, I have the best days and get more done. A lot of days, though, I will fast until the afternoon and just skip breakfast.

Go without breakfast


It's a great, easy way to fast if you're into that.

Fasting has a ton of health benefits. Although it is hard to do, fasting can take you really far with losing weight and with your health in general. 

But typically, I eat throughout the day


Anyway, it's Saturday here…not sure what I'm doing today, but we'll see!
