Mike Matei being from New Jersey

I was thinking about how Mike Matei is from New Jersey and everything. He's a "Jersey guy" and whatnot. It just always strikes me as weird for some reason. But then, when I think about it, he does kind of seem like a Jersey person (based on the stereotypes I've heard).

That isn't an insult or anything, I think Jersey/New York/Philly/East coast people are pretty awesome. And Mike is definitely hilarious. Sometimes I forget he's from Jersey, but then he'll mention it on stream, and I'm like "oh yeah lol".

The next time I ask myself "Where does Mike Matei live", I'll remember where he's from instantly. I've never been there, by the way. It would be cool to visit New Jersey. Maybe I'd run into Mike, lol. Who knows?

I love Dunkin coffee (my favorite coffee ever)

Dunkin coffee is so good. It's literally my favorite coffee of all time. The first time I had it was a few years ago (I think it was 2019 or somewhere around there).

I remember instantly thinking "Wow this is amazing". I've had a lot of coffee varieties and brands before, but I've never tasted one quite like Dunkin.

Dunkin coffee just has the smoothest flavor of any coffee I've ever had. Just look at that logo on the cup, too! Just a very clean and awesome logo.

I love this freaking coffee. How could anyone not?

I don't prefer expensive coffee. I just love a good cup of Joe from Dunkin.

I also love this off-brand Dunkin I drink (it's called Donut Shop). It tastes a lot like Dunkin. It holds me over quite well. It's really an exquisite brew.

I'm ready for fall weather (summer 2022 blog)

Well, here we are in August (2022). This summer has really kind of seemed long this year. But it also kind of flew by at the same time. Does that make any sense?

Maybe you know what I mean by that. I've had a fun summer. But this year, I realized, that summer isn't as much my favorite season as I originally thought.

What I realized

I realized that I actually love fall/winter/spring a lot more! I just love the cool, mild weather. Especially in the fall.

I really love the fall. And it's coming in a few weeks. It's the 6th of August today. They're already talking about back-to-school stuff.

I love fall

I just get really excited for fall, I don't know why. I really love Christmas too. I'm going to start celebrating Christmas super early this year, probably.

But yeah, I feel like it's been a pretty good summer. I've spent most of it indoors like I usually do. There are so many things about fall that I love.

The cool air, the leaves on the ground, Halloween...there's so much about fall that is purely amazing. Do you love fall too? Are you excited about the fall this year?

I hate being stressed out (blog)

Being stressed out is really hard sometimes. I get stressed out a lot. Just because I try to do too much. But some of my stress comes from anxiety and having OCD-type thoughts.

Stress is really hard to deal with

Having OCD is hard in itself. And I also have PTSD. So I'm dealing with a lot of stuff, as well as being bipolar.

Dealing with a lot

It's a daily struggle, but I manage to get through it. I just wish I could stop getting so stressed out. And not let things bother me so much.

But it's hard because I truly care about things, so when people treat me wrong it really gets to me and stresses me out.

What's the real issue?

It's not just that though, just daily life stress really adds up sometimes. I need to learn to relax more and let go of my stress.

I'm trying to deal with mine.

I'm working on it, but it's a daily fight. Keep fighting the good fight, is what they say. I'm trying to do just that.

Mike Matei's frequent Zelda references

A lot of people talk about how Mike Matei brings up Zelda a lot. I personally don't have a problem with it. Because Zelda is an awesome series of games! So Mike Matei's Zelda references don't really bother me.

How could anyone not love Zelda? A lot of people on the Cinemassacre Truth sub have a problem with it, apparently.

Not everyone though. Just some people have a problem with it. I can see how someone would bring up that game a lot.

A great series

Zelda is one of the best series of games ever! Mike is an "NES kid". He loves Mario, Zelda, etc. Kids who grew up with Nintendo are all about Mario and Zelda.

I love watching Mike Matei do Castlevania challenges

Mike Matei does all these really cool challenges on his Twitch live streams. He mostly does Castlevania challenges for the NES games.

What a great series of games

He'll do these really hard challenges like "Castlevania: whip only challenge", where he'll play through the entire game with only the whip.

He's really skilled

That's a really hard challenge. I just love Castlevania games, they're one of my favorite series of games of all time, and especially for the NES.

His challenges really show how skilled of a gamer he is. He puts in a lot of hard work playing these games.

You can create new games

And the challenges are just really cool because you get so much more out of the games. You can play them over and over and still find new stuff. It's really great.

Mike is just a really entertaining streamer all around. I really love watching his streams for hours and hours, it's so fun.

And he plays retro games, which are my favorite. I'm a retro gamer all the way; I just feel like sometimes they're better games. But some new games are great too.

I'm not picky about the coffee I drink (blog post)

I'm not that picky when it comes to coffee. I do have certain brands I drink and stuff like that, but for the most part, I'm not that picky.

I'll drink nearly any kind of coffee (within reason). I have a few that I really love. For example, Dunkin coffee is my all-time favorite.

I love their original variety, just black, It's so amazing. It's nice and smooth and balanced. I usually stick to a few coffees that I drink, but every now, and then I'll experiment a little bit.

I love trying new things

I definitely will drink cheap coffee though, I don't care about the price at all. Coffee is coffee to me. It's all good for the most part.

I don't see how some people only love expensive varieties. I don't get it personally, but if that works for you, then ok.

Now, I do feel somewhat that price can impact quality. But I personally find McDonald's coffee just as good as Starbucks's for example.

I feel that most people, who love coffee, probably aren't that picky. But you do have people who have to have their certain brand of brew, even if it's really expensive. To each their own, I'm just saying that I believe all coffee is good, for the most part.

What I've been up to lately (blog post)

Lately, I've been very stressed out. But I'm slowly getting my stress under control (I think). A lot of things really stress me out. Just life in general.

Because there's always so much to do. But I try not to complain. I'm grateful for everything I have. I just need to learn to manage my stress better.

Thankfully, there is coffee. Which helps tremendously. I've been doing some spring cleaning around the house.

And just have been excited about spring in general. I've been still doing YouTube as well as my meme sites and pages.

And blogging, of course. There's a lot to do. So I try to take lots of breaks. That's how I work best, in chunks.

Some people are just built like that, and I'm one of them. I get burned out very easily, so I have to take lots of breaks.

I do my best work when I've had lots of time to recharge. I'm gonna try to blog more (I say that a lot), but I really mean it.

I do love blogging. It's been my passion for a long time (since even before I was a YouTuber or anything like that.)

Is Mike Matei having a LAWT of fun? (brown bricks)

Mike Matei, who is also Inspector Gadget, is having a LAWT of fun. He's having the most fun you can possibly have.

He loves building brown bricks with Minecraft. Brown bricks are actually the most fun you can possibly have.

Penny was playing this game, Minecwap on her computer book. Have you seen Mike Matei lately? He's currently a live streamer on Twitch.

He does some great live streams. His Minecraft with Gadget video he made was comedy gold. I love his acting. He's such a funny guy.

Mike has really done some great comedy bits with Cinemassacre. Even on his live streams, he's very funny much of the time.

My deduction skills tell me that Mike is having a LAWT of fun in life. He seems to be very happy, and I'm happy for him.

"Titanic" movie Mandela effect (strange)

When you think of the movie "Titanic", you might not think of there being a Mandela effect. You probably just think of the film (love it or hate it). But in the recent year or so I started thinking about something, and it made me think there is indeed a Mandela effect associated with this film.

Specifically, with the release of the film.

The film was actually released in 1997 (crazy, right?) It doesn't seem that long ago.

But here's the weird thing about the year the film was released. I don't actually remember hearing anything about it back then. Why's that unusual, you might ask?

Because at the time, it was the highest-grossing film of all time at the box office.

So how is it that I don't remember hearing anything about it until a few years later, around 2000 or so?

You'd think with it being such a huge movie that I'd hear about it somewhere. Although I was a kid back then, but I think I would have remembered something about it.

The Batman (2022) third trailer officially released

Well, it's here, folks. The third official trailer for the Batman (2022) has been released. It has been made available to watch on YouTube.

A lot of people have been waiting for more trailers. The new trailer features more Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, which a lot of people have been waiting to see.

Robert Pattinson is shown speaking to Selina Kyle in the trailer as cats circle around his feet.

As Batman and Catwoman are fighting, Catwoman can be heard saying, “The bat and the cat — it’s got a nice ring.”

The Batman film is slated to be in theaters on March 4th, and as we can see, it will be met with a lot of excitement.

Anytime there's a new Batman or any superhero film, it really gets people stirring and talking. From the trailers we've seen so far, it seems that Pattinson will do a good job playing Batman.

Will everyone be happy with it? Probably not, but I think people have high hopes about this film.

But one thing's for sure, Batman films are something that a ton of people get excited about. It's definitely exciting to see a new version of both Catwoman and Batman.
