I hate being stressed out (blog)

 Being stressed out is really hard sometimes. I get stressed out a lot. Just because I try to do too much. But some of my stress comes from anxiety and having OCD-type thoughts.

Stress is really hard to deal with

Having OCD is hard in itself. And I also have PTSD. So I'm dealing with a lot of stuff, as well as being bipolar.

Dealing with a lot

It's a daily struggle, but I manage to get through it. I just wish I could stop getting so stressed out. And not let things bother me so much.

But it's hard because I truly care about things, so when people treat me wrong it really gets to me and stresses me out.

What's the real issue?

It's not just that though, just daily life stress really adds up sometimes. I need to learn to relax more and let go of my stress.

I'm working on it, but it's a daily fight. Keep fighting the good fight, is what they say. I'm trying to do just that.
