Trying to not "doomscroll" as much (blog post)

I'm trying to quit doomscrolling. That's when you look at social media and just scroll through for a long time, even when it's mostly sad, depressing, or toxic.

Breaks from social media and news are always good for your mental health. Mental health is one of the most important things you have in this life.

So take care of it!

Put down your phone sometimes and go outside, or just do something constructive. It's good for you! I feel so much better when I take breaks from social media. And you will too.

Talking about my favorite drink (Diet Coke)

 My favorite drink, ever, is probably Coca-Cola. I love the way it tastes. I can't drink too much because it's harsh, but man, I love it. It is a carbonated beverage, also known as a "soda". Carbonated drinks have become super popular in our culture. So many people drink them on a daily basis.

Who doesn't love caffeine?

Diet Coke is a treat

An ice-cold Coke on a hot day- there's nothing better than that. You can see why it's so popular. Coke is definitely my favorite soda of all time.

A diet is great

I usually drink Diet Coke if I have one. But regular is so good from time to time.

Mike Matei is very funny (let's talk about it)

 Mike Matei is a very funny guy. You know what I mean? He's just hilarious. I watch his streams, and I just laugh at some of the jokes he makes. He really is a funny character. I suggest you watch his streams if you don't know what I'm talking about. Mike started out on the Cinemassacre YouTube channel, and now he streams on Twitch. He also played many characters in AVGN episodes, alongside James Rolfe.

But I'm sure some Mike Matei fans might read my blog. I don't know. Fans of his know what I'm talking about. He just has hilarious moments on his Twitch streams.

Let's all just laugh at how funny he is and how he makes so many great jokes. I think that's a good plan, don't you?

He's my favorite streamer to watch, hands down. I just love watching his funny antics. And he's a great gamer, too. I love watching him play some of my favorite games. He plays old games and new games. But yeah, that's the whole point of this post. That he's hilarious.

 A lot of people might be wondering, "Should I become a blogger?" It's a fair question to ask yourself. You might have been thinking about it for a long time. The truth is, there are many great reasons to get into blogging.

If you love writing about your favorite subjects, then blogging is right up your alley. You can sit and write about your favorite things all day long, and even get paid for it! Doesn't that sound nice?

Anyone can become a blogger. There's no requirement or special skill you have to have, other than that you should love writing already. But if you love writing, then blogging should come super easy to you. And the great part is, you can turn your passion and your blog into a business.

 I'm feeling really grateful today. Just for everything in my life. Have you ever felt like that? You just have moments when you look around and realize how blessed you are.

Life is fantastic, and God is good. The Universe blesses us in so many ways. We just have to stop and look around and realize it. I mean, think of how great life is. The coffee you're drinking, the clothes you're wearing, the sunshine outside.
