Trying to not "doomscroll" as much

 I'm trying to quit doomscrolling. That's where you look at social media and just scroll through for a long time, even when it's mostly sad and depressing, or toxic.

We torture ourselves sometimes. I'm trying to do better about it.

Breaks from social media and news are always good, for your mental health. Mental health is one of the most important things you have in this life.

So take care of it!

Put down your phone sometimes and go outside, or just do something constructive. It's good for you! I feel so much better when I take breaks from social media. And you will too.
