I stress about stress

Sometimes I stress about stress. I get stressed out about doing something, which is understandable. But then I start thinking about that thing so much that I get even more stressed out. Which is why I probably shouldn't procrastinate.

Sometimes I just tackle things head-on and just get them over with. But other things I end up putting off because I have too much on my plate.

Chronic stress isn't healthy if you have too much of it. 

Which is why I'm trying to find better ways to manage mine. It can be managed, that's the great thing about it. I just need to learn to stop doing so much.
