Getting things off your chest is such a huge stress relief. I get really depressed sometimes. I just need someone to vent to.
Making YouTube videos or blog posts really helps.
I also just write things down on my computer sometimes.

Just moving forward an inch at a time. Crawl if you must, but keep moving forward. But it is okay to have downtime and just go through depression. Nobody is happy all the time.
